As a world-wide out of hours organisation we focus on developing people's potential. This is done through a programme of formal management training, conferences, social and sports events and practical projects which are available locally, regionally, nationally and internationally. All this is carried out with friends in a supportive coaching environment, which enables our members to derive the maximum benefit possible.
